FYI the Float the Boat Bouldering Competition has been postponed due to inclement weather until Saturday the 28th. However, the pre-comp party at High Country Outfitters will still take place on Friday the 20th.

Petzl has issued a recall on the GriGri 2 belay device. Apparently the release lever can get stuck open if pulled hard enough. Details here: http://www.petzl.com/us/outdoor/us/recall-replacement-grigri-2 This problem does NOT exist with the original GriGri. Be safe out there!
