A happy New Year to all!
The Atlanta Climbing Club starts off our year next Tuesday, Jan. 6, 7:00pm at the Harp Irish Pub in Roswell. Come out and meet your new board members, and find out what’s in store for our January climbing trip and beyond.
Our speaker for Tuesday’s meeting will be Cody Roney, Executive Director of the Southeastern Climbers Coalition. The SCC is a non-profit organization dedicated to preserving climbing access in the southeast. This will be a great opportunity to learn all about the SCC: its inner workings, past accomplishments, current endeavors and future plans.
Lastly, a quick reminder that club dues are now $25 for individuals, or $40 for a family membership that covers all members of an immediate family. Next week’s meeting would be a great opportunity to pay your yearly dues if you haven’t done so already.
