After our September trip to Sunset Park has been rescheduled for this Sunday September 14th. Sunset Park offers up some of the best single-pitch traditional climbing in the Southeast in the summer time. Sunset has a great variety of difficulties, ranging from 5.6 to 5.12, but don’t forget your rack as there is no sport climbing here. Due to its west facing nature, the crag stays in the shade until the early afternoon.
Carpooling to the crag is highly recommended, as the parking is limited. We will be carpooling from the Marietta Park and Ride and leaving at 6:30am.
